Anna O'Shea
It’s with sadness that the club heard of the passing of one of its own, Anna O’Shea, a former Lady Captain (1988) and great stalwart and friend to Portsalon, who even as an octogenarian was an ardent and competitive golfer. Anna was a fantastic role model not just for us golfers but also by the determined way in which she lived life to the full. Were all a little richer for having knowing her and she shall be missed. Lady Captain Marie and the members of the Ladies Branch extend sincere sympathies to her family and friends.
